5. Installation & Technical Responsibility

Technical Knowledge

User Responsibility

You are responsible for correct installation, configuration, and usage.

Platform Dependency

Our plugins are designed specifically for Squarespace and may require specific plans or features to function properly.

6. Updates & Compatibility

Ongoing Updates

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party tools, custom code, or future platform changes.

7. Support Policy

Included Support

Support is limited to:

• Plugin-related issues

• Basic troubleshooting

Not Included

We do not provide support for:

• Advanced customizations

• Full website development

• Third-party conflicts

• User modifications outside original scope

8. Refund Policy

Digital Nature

Due to the nature of digital products, all plugin purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exception

We may review refund requests only if a plugin is completely non-functional and cannot be resolved.
